Pegasystems implemented a unified, low-code mortgage loan process covering pre-screening, formal review, and contract execution across branch, regional center, and web channels. With Pegasystems, MUFG Bank cut workload by 75%, reduced paper output by 20,000 pages per month, shortened pre-screening from more than a day to as little as 2 hours, and increased subsequent development productivity by 1.5 times.
