Using the Pega Platform (OPEX) and Dynamic Case Management, İşbank eliminated manual, paper-based work and automated core operations—processing more than 13 million transactions annually. The program delivered 30–50% efficiency gains across processes, a 60% increase in development productivity (enabling 14 strategic apps in about two years), and consolidation of 40+ legacy systems.
