FedEx transforms enterprise case management with Pega

FedEx needed an enterprise case management platform that could respond more nimbly to customer needs while preserving the stability of its large organization. To support this shift, FedEx used the Pega Platform from Pegasystems as part of its broader move to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), alongside DevOps principles.

Pegasystems helped FedEx implement lean, agile DevOps at scale with Pega’s low-code platform, enabling incremental releases and easy integration with internal tools. As a result, FedEx retired many legacy enterprise systems and strengthened its case management ecosystem, setting the stage for more dynamic software versioning and API capabilities.
