A Pegasystems Case Study
ACSO is an Australian social services NGO that helps people transition out of prison and aims to reduce reoffending. Serving tens of thousands of clients through about 100 partner agencies and operating under complex federal, state and local policies, ACSO struggled with legacy systems that couldn’t scale or support streamlined, self‑sufficient service processes.
Using the Pega Platform ACSO built OSCA, a secure, centralized client management system that gives partners a single view of each client, real‑time updates, calendar booking and automated reminders. Built with no‑code workflows and configurable rules, OSCA simplified the user experience, enabled personalized services, improved coordination across agencies and allowed ACSO to scale operations as it grows.
