Jedi-Robe.com is a UK-based online retailer (£1m international turnover) founded by Wayne Bower that sells branded costumes and toys across multiple sites and marketplaces. Facing the challenge of growing internationally and improving order completion rates, the company needed to give cross-border customers reassurance—including the ability to pay in their own currency—and to shorten the path from cart to paid order.

Jedi-Robe.com upgraded to PayPal Payments Pro, added multi-currency payments, local-language sites and helplines, and enabled on-site card and PayPal checkout across devices. As a result, 80% of transactions now use PayPal, conversion rose from about 75–80% to 98% (nearly 100%), international revenues increased by 15% after offering multi-currency payments, and the business has seen significant year-on-year growth with roughly 70% of revenue from cross-border sales.
