Adorama implemented PayPal’s Braintree to consolidate alternative payment methods and then quickly layered in Venmo to offer a frictionless, youth‑preferred checkout. The result was immediate adoption (more than 60 Venmo transactions in the first hour), a Venmo average order value of $403 (the highest among APMs), and 42% of Venmo customers being net new—delivering better personalization, easier reconciliation, and stronger reach into new demographics.
