Classy is a giving platform that helps thousands of nonprofits raise funds (more than $6 billion to date). To boost donations, Classy sought to improve the donor experience—especially on mobile—by offering the payment methods donors and nonprofits requested most (Venmo and PayPal) in a white‑label, deeply integrated checkout that also made administration seamless for partner organizations.

Classy integrated PayPal Complete Payments in October 2021 and added Venmo in March 2022, enabling white‑label checkout, billing agreements for recurring gifts, and improved onboarding and reconciliation. The result: roughly a 3% lift in donor conversions—amounting to millions of additional dollars raised and higher average donations—with one nonprofit seeing a 14‑point conversion increase over two months.
