Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. (MDU) faced the challenge of overcoming the legacy limitations of its previous billing and payment provider to better serve its expansive customer base of over 1.1 million. Seeking to drive adoption of new offerings and improve the customer experience, the utility company selected the Paymentus billing and payment solution for its reliability and range of options.
