Paymentus provided a holistic solution that included expanding payment capabilities and launching a targeted incentive campaign managed by their Client Adoption Success Team (CAST). This approach leveraged digital communication channels and an automated sweepstakes to encourage online payments. The results for the City of College Park were substantial, including a 68.4% increase in customer portal payments and a 117.8% increase in autopayments over an 18-month period, significantly advancing their digital transformation goals.
