Pure Encapsulations, a manufacturer of hypoallergenic, research-based dietary supplements, was losing control of its online channel—particularly on Amazon—due to grey‑market distribution, unauthorized resellers posing as health practitioners, and MAP violations that hurt brand integrity and practitioner relationships. To address this, Pure partnered with Pattern and adopted Pattern’s Predict ecommerce reporting software along with legal counsel to enforce MAP policy and stop unauthorized distribution.

Pattern implemented Predict and a legal enforcement framework to clean up Pure’s online channel, deliver comprehensive ecommerce insights, and remove bad actors, enabling sustainable growth. The results: 4× revenue growth since 2016 (400% Amazon revenue increase), a 98% increase in MAP compliance, 325.7% more units sold, and 215 unauthorized sellers removed, alongside improved reporting, brand integrity, and conversion performance.
