Leading Multi-Brand Retail Group, a UAE-based franchise with 900+ stores across 19 countries, engaged Pattern after recognising physical retail pressures, outdated technology and an order management system that couldn’t tie in‑store stock to online sales. The retailer set a target to generate 10% of sales online by 2022 and asked Pattern to define an omnichannel proposition.

Pattern’s Middle East ecommerce experts audited the technology stack, modeled and tendered multi‑brand/multi‑territory platforms, ran senior‑team workshops and mapped customer journeys, then launched the first transactional brand site in August 2018. Pattern’s omnichannel strategy has driven higher‑than‑expected traffic and conversion rates, and the retailer is now implementing the strategy further and building a dedicated omnichannel team to support continued online growth.
