Converse, run under license in Australia and New Zealand by Conquest Sports, engaged Pattern to help “supercharge” its online channel and accelerate growth by bringing external ecommerce expertise to work alongside the existing team. Pattern delivered a Strategic Channel Review and commercial roadmap to identify gaps and priority opportunities for the converse.com.au site.

Pattern implemented the top 10 roadmap changes including a responsive redesign of key pages, performance tuning, and updates to the homepage and shopping cart, plus interim support from a dedicated Trading Manager and Digital Designer. As a result of Pattern’s work, converse.com.au saw a 50% increase in revenue and a 27% rise in conversion rate.
