Balance of Nature, a nutritional supplements brand, faced significant limitations on Amazon due to a small internal team. Pattern implemented a full-funnel solution that included deploying Amazon Transparency to eliminate counterfeits and regain Buy Box control. They streamlined compliance processes and used their proprietary ad-tech platform, Destiny, to optimize advertising. The brand was also transitioned to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) for better operations. As a result, Pattern helped Balance of Nature double its revenue in two years, achieve over 99% Buy Box ownership, and increase its advertising return on ad spend (ROAS) by 21%.
