Feeding growth with fast fulfillment

Jacob Bar, founded by health enthusiast Jake Levy, makes clean-ingredient, high-protein snack bars for health-focused consumers. As the brand scaled, it struggled with the strain of hand-making, packing, and shipping most orders itself, along with packaging issues, storage limits, and slow nationwide fulfillment that made Amazon Prime eligibility difficult.

Pattern helped Jacob Bar add operational scale with integrated logistics for both Amazon FBA and DTC fulfillment. With Pattern’s support, the brand reduced Prime eligibility lead time from about six weeks to as little as one week, shipped 9,885 cartons to Amazon across 39 warehouses, and moved 91,555 total units with an average of 0.56 days from departure to receipt, enabling the team to focus on growth and new product development.
