Super Coffee energizes in-stock rates with Pattern

Super Coffee, the ready-to-drink coffee brand founded by three brothers, was struggling to keep up with growth as its existing 3PL model created slow lead times, complex fees, and major inventory delays. During peak holiday season, 8 of its top 10 SKUs went out of stock, limiting sales and hurting the customer experience.

Pattern stepped in with Marketplace Prep and fulfillment support, helping Super Coffee ship products directly to Pattern for packing, labeling, and rapid replenishment to Amazon and other marketplaces. The result was a one-week onboarding to Pattern Fulfillment, 134,021 units shipped to Amazon, 13,410 units used for bundles, and a 100% increase in in-stock rates for inventory-related issues, while also improving packaging and reducing complexity with flat fees.
