Fiix, a 175-employee maintenance software company, faced the recurring challenge of choosing the best content for its monthly newsletter. After a business review with PathFactory, Fiix turned to PathFactory engagement insights to move from intuition-based selection to a data-driven approach for deciding which assets to feature.
Using PathFactory engagement insights, Fiix tested sending half its audience to a webinar-first experience and the other half to a blog-first experience. The webinar-first group outperformed: more than 2× as many visitors landed on the video, 37% binge-consumed at least one other asset, total view time was 87% longer, and users returned an average of 2.2 sessions—demonstrating that PathFactory helped Fiix boost meaningful engagement and guide newsletter content selection.
