WageWorks, a leader in administering consumer-directed benefits (HSAs, FSAs, HRAs and commuter/wellness programs), faced difficulty getting the attention of and engaging directly with large partners and the thousands of sales reps within those organizations. To address this, WageWorks adopted PartnerTap’s partner collaboration platform and integrated it with their internal Salesforce CRM to improve visibility and connection with major partners like ADP.
Using PartnerTap, WageWorks connected automatically with ADP’s sales teams and gave its account executives the ability to map accounts, align with partner reps, share intel, drive new leads and co-sell into target accounts. PartnerTap’s integration delivered tangible business impact: WageWorks gained an outsized share of referrals from ADP, improved prioritization of partner engagement, and increased collaboration that supports current and future revenue growth.
