The company wanted to improve the candidate experience in a volatile labor market while reducing the administrative burden on store managers. Paradox’s conversational AI solution, including its mobile-first assistant Olivia, was used to streamline the hiring process.

With Paradox, Meritage automated initial screening, interview scheduling, and candidate reminders, creating a more efficient recruiting workflow. The results included 999 new hires in an average of 3.82 days from application to offer, 91% of candidates completing the chat application in just over 4 minutes, and an average of 2 days for candidates to accept an interview.
