The Paradox solution cut candidate response time by 98% (from 10 hours to about 10 minutes), boosted hires by 14%, delivered a 98% candidate satisfaction rate, and provided real-time insights and dashboards that let Johnson Controls optimize recruiting and free recruiters for more strategic work.
