How Nestlé automated nearly 8,000 hours of recruiting work this year

Nestlé worked with Paradox to reduce the heavy manual burden on its global recruiting teams, which were spending more than 8,000 hours a year scheduling and rescheduling interviews. With nearly nine million annual career site visits and a need to keep the candidate experience personal and on-brand, Nestlé needed a way to scale recruiting without adding friction.

Paradox implemented its conversational AI assistant, Olivia, to automate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate messaging across the career site and mobile devices, with integrations into SAP SuccessFactors. In one year, Paradox helped Nestlé fully schedule more than 25,000 interviews, handle over 700,000 candidate conversations and 1.5 million questions, and save roughly 8,000 hours of recruiter time, while also lifting Nestlé’s net promoter score by more than five points.
