With more than 200,000 hires across 180 countries and 30+ brands, Marriott faced slow, clunky, and costly recruiting processes that drove heavy job advertising spend and left hiring managers with too much of the workload. Paradox’s conversational AI products, including Conversational Scheduling, Conversational Events, and Conversational Career Sites, helped address these challenges.
Paradox implemented hiring automation so candidates could be engaged quickly, screened automatically, and scheduled for interviews when they met initial requirements. The results included a 43% year-over-year/month increase in applications, an average scheduling time of just 15 minutes, and lower spend on job advertisements thanks to improved organic conversion.
