Chipotle partnered with Paradox to improve high-volume hiring and reduce the time it takes to move candidates from application to onboarding. The restaurant chain needed a faster, more efficient process for recruiting large numbers of employees while also reducing the administrative burden on general managers.
Paradox implemented Ava Cado, a virtual assistant powered by conversational AI, to handle candidate questions, collect information, and schedule interviews through a mobile-friendly, QR-code-driven experience. With Paradox, Chipotle cut time from application to “apron on” from 12 days to 4 days, increased application completion from 50% to over 85%, doubled applications, and is expecting up to a 75% reduction in time to hire.
