Paradox’s solution automated screening, text‑to‑apply and interview scheduling—handling about 95% of store‑level recruitment interactions—so store managers are only notified once interviews are set. The results were dramatic: time to hire dropped from more than 10 days to under 3 days (a >50% reduction), an estimated savings of 40,000 recruitment hours per week, millions in operational cost savings, and 85% of applicants scheduled in less than an hour, with a smooth phased rollout and plans to extend the Paradox solution to franchisees.
