PagerDuty Enables a New Level of Incident Response for Hyland Software

Hyland, a provider of the OnBase enterprise information platform, needed to improve incident response across its cloud-based services. Before PagerDuty, the infrastructure team struggled with scattered alerts, poor formatting, and inconsistent escalation across teams, which slowed triage and made it harder to get the right information to the right responders.

PagerDuty helped Hyland use PagerDuty AIOps, including Global Event Orchestration, Transformations, Custom Variables, and Response Plays, to enrich alerts, route incidents intelligently, and mobilize the right experts faster. The result was less manual toil, more meaningful notifications, and faster resolution times, with Hyland reducing configuration effort by at least a factor of three and improving response efficiency across its always-on environment.
