ClearTax, a leading Indian fintech used by CA firms, businesses and millions of taxpayers, was struggling to reach and convert high volumes of leads: without a dedicated calling solution the team relied on manual dialing and CDR management, leading to long wait times and first contact delays of about 24 hours. After evaluating vendors, ClearTax chose Ozonetel and its cloud telephony/CTI capabilities (Ozonetel-LeadSquared integration) to address automation, dialing functionality and CRM integration gaps.
Ozonetel implemented smart auto/progressive dialers, click-to-call and CTI integration with LeadSquared (including screen pops, call recordings and IVR blasts), automating onboarding, reminders and outbound campaigns. The result: first touch time fell from 24 hours to 10 minutes (marketing leads to ~15 minutes), outbound campaign effectiveness tripled, agent productivity rose ~30%, and caller satisfaction improved thanks to faster, contextual responses.
