AdRoll, a digital advertising platform serving 35,000 customers, was generating hundreds of inbound leads daily but struggled to track, organize, and personally engage those leads at scale. The sales and marketing teams needed a faster, more visible way for SDRs to follow up with high‑intent prospects and turn interest into meetings.
They built "Fastbreak" and migrated follow-up into Outreach, using Salesforce‑integrated, tokenized sequences of emails, calls, social touches and direct mail to automate personalized outreach. The system automated inbound follow-up, gave SDRs and managers clear visibility into activity, and freed reps to focus on high‑value MQLs — driving a 9x lift in appointment/response rates; in Q1 one program added 6,000 leads to Fastbreak, sent 16,000 emails and booked 257 automated appointments.
