Although over two-thirds of its traffic came from Facebook, those visitors were the least engaged—often reading only part of an article before returning to the social platform—limiting time-on-site and monetization.
To boost engagement and revenue, Pijper implemented Outbrain’s Read More Button on Grazia’s mobile pages to create a “what’s next” experience that encourages continued reading and interaction with both editorial and sponsored content. After one year, mobile RPM doubled, revenue from the Read More Button grew 3.5×, and Paid CTR rose 32%, delivering higher viewability and stronger site monetization.
