Peugeot, the global automotive brand, wanted to drive effective lead acquisition—specifically vehicle trade-in leads—outside traditional channels like paid social. Working with agency Publicis, the brand sought an outcome-driven programmatic solution to improve low-funnel performance.

Using Outbrain’s Zemanta, Peugeot connected Google Analytics via a cookie‑free data feed, deployed the Zemanta pixel, and activated AI-powered bid strategies to prioritize high-converting placements. The campaign met Peugeot’s CPL target and outperformed social platforms, delivering a 4% lower CPL and a 42% lower CPV.
