Partner Increases Sales for Fiber Internet Subscriptions with Outbrain

Partner Communications Ltd., an Israeli telecom operator behind the Partner and 012mobile brands, launched a new residential fiber internet service in July 2021 and needed to drive qualified leads to its online address‑verification tool so potential customers could quickly check availability and subscribe. The challenge was to efficiently reach users in cities where fiber was already rolled out and convert discovery into sales.

Working with Universal McCann Digital, Outbrain ran device‑specific campaigns that sent traffic directly to the verification page and used Conversion Bid Strategy, remarketing and lookalike audiences, geo‑targeting, and native Smartads. The campaign delivered the lowest cost‑per‑lead across channels and produced a 32% increase in sales from Outbrain‑generated leads compared with Google Discovery.
