Continente, a major hypermarket retail chain in Portugal, faced challenges with its inflexible legacy ecommerce platform that could not support its growth. They partnered with OSF Digital to implement a new, scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud solution to unify their digital tools and processes.

OSF Digital implemented a custom Commerce Cloud platform with innovative grocery-specific features, such as delivery time slots and product substitution options. This solution integrated with Continente's backend systems and Service Cloud. The results were significant, including the ability to handle over 5,000 daily orders and manage 38,000+ SKUs across 25 fulfillment stores. For this project, OSF Digital was awarded the 2020 Salesforce Partner Award for the most relevant Commerce Cloud project in Iberia.
