Orlo helped Norfolk County Council use smart scheduling, geotagging, sentiment analysis, analytics, content calendars, and personalised dashboards to optimise posting times, identify content gaps, and keep messaging consistent across channels. The results included 44% inbound messages with semi-positive sentiment, an average of 6,815 Facebook impressions per day, and an average Facebook reach of 255 per day, with the team reporting much stronger insight into what works best for engagement.
