The result was stronger differentiation, better retention, and more predictable inventory planning: 66% of eCommerce revenue now comes from subscriptions, recurring revenue is up 15% year over year, and one-third of subscribers are in curated subscriptions that deliver 6–7% better retention through the third recurring order.
