Heathrow Airport Takes Off with Oracle Cloud

Heathrow Airport, Europe’s busiest airport, needed to modernize its aging HR and Finance systems, digitize operations, and support efficient growth after the pandemic. To do this, Heathrow selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Billing Revenue Management, to replace 20-year-old infrastructure and streamline key business functions.

Oracle helped Heathrow implement an integrated cloud platform that automated and connected HR, Finance, Revenue, Service, and Asset Management processes. The result was Heathrow’s largest business transformation in 75 years, with programme delivery reportedly twice as fast and efficient during the pandemic, plus significant IT optimizations and an improved employee user experience.
