Zimplistic Pte Ltd., a Singapore startup behind the AI-powered Rotimatic flatbread maker, grew quickly across nine countries and generated about US$24M in annual revenue. That rapid expansion exposed limits in its tech stack—Xero and Google Sheets were siloed and manual, hampering procurement, inventory management and timely reporting.
