Zembro is a Gent, Belgium–based wearable technology company that developed a bracelet-and-app alert system to protect elderly users after a founder’s family experience. As the 20‑person business expanded into four countries, it needed a flexible, scalable way to connect information, integrate financial systems and improve the customer experience across markets.

Working with Deloitte, Zembro implemented NetSuite SuiteCloud (NetSuite OneWorld) in 100 days to deliver a cloud ERP and CRM platform. The solution unified invoicing, purchasing, inventory and stock, provided a 360° view of customers, improved decision-making and support, and set the company up for further financial and logistical integrations as it grows.
