CLEAN implemented NetSuite ERP to centralize financials, customer service and purchasing, and introduced a customer portal to automate billing. The move reduced month-end close from 11 days to four, automates roughly 8,000 invoices a month, streamlined operations and freed the business to focus on expansion and continued investment in high‑tech, efficient laundry facilities.
