Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI) is a master agent that helps systems integrators and service providers select and implement communications technology from more than 85 carriers. Rapid growth created a complex multi-party value chain and exposed limitations in QuickBooks and disparate systems, leaving TBI without the end-to-end visibility needed to streamline quoting, ordering, billing, implementation and carrier commission processes.
TBI implemented and customized NetSuite ERP and Project Management (with implementation support from Gurus Solutions) to handle mission-critical commissioning and partner workflows, including the NetSuite Advanced Partner Center. As a result, sales productivity rose 133%, commissionable revenue doubled, headcount grew 80% to 180, more than 2,000 partner agents were provisioned, and real-time analytics gave the operational visibility to scale further.
