Laboratorios Eufar, a Bogotá-based manufacturer of dental and biosecurity products founded in 1981, needed a modern technology backbone to support its growth strategy, streamline planning, purchasing and production, and expand sales beyond its existing 400 customers while managing operations across multiple Latin American markets. The company also required real-time visibility into orders and multi-country accounting to support faster, wider distribution (they already ship to 300+ destinations and guarantee delivery in under 48 hours).

Eufar implemented NetSuite OneWorld along with Inventory Management, Work Orders & Assemblies, SuiteCommerce and Site Builder to unify manufacturing, finance, accounting and CRM and enable ecommerce. The platform delivered real-time reporting across 15 countries, improved efficiency and profitability, and opened a new sales channel that grew the customer base from 400 to 2,000 and extended reach to all 1,180 Colombian municipalities; employees also gained new language and technical skills as a byproduct.
