Surf’s Up for The Leisure Collective’s International Growth

The Leisure Collective is a premium surf-lifestyle business based in Dunsborough, Western Australia, designing surf hardware and mineral-glass eyewear and selling in 30+ countries through offices in Australia, the USA and France. As the company grew, disparate systems (MYOB, QuickBooks and spreadsheets) made it difficult to reconcile international data, see real-time inventory and generate consolidated reports, creating delays and operational complexity for a small team.

In July 2015 The Leisure Collective implemented NetSuite OneWorld to consolidate global operations and provide real-time visibility into inventory, financials and reporting. The cloud-based solution simplified reporting so finance can be managed by two people, enabled remote working and supported continued international expansion, allowing the company to scale its global operations from its original beachside base.
