Ulabox is a Barcelona-based online supermarket handling about 7,000 deliveries per week across 20,000 products and rapid revenue growth (from €4M to €10M in one year) while remaining a ~60-person team. Its legacy Microsoft ERP made financial reporting slow, manual and error-prone—producing a single balance sheet could take 20–30 minutes—so the company needed a scalable, automated finance solution to keep up with transaction volumes and provide reliable, real-time data.
Ulabox implemented cloud-based NetSuite ERP/Financials with help from RSM Spain, integrating finance with its retail and logistics systems to automate invoicing, tax returns and stock/sales reporting. Implementation took a few months and delivered dramatic gains: reporting time dropped to about 20 seconds, data quality and real-time visibility improved, manual steps were eliminated, and the company can more efficiently manage higher volumes and support continued growth.
