Oestergaard A/S is a family-owned Danish manufacturer of processing equipment for the meat and fish by-products industry that follows lean principles and exports much of its production. Rapidly rising demand exposed a costly gap: engineers manually transcribed Autodesk Inventor BoMs into Oracle NetSuite, causing inaccurate bills of materials, production errors and wasted parts and labor.

To fix this, Oestergaard implemented Agni Link (Oct 2017–Jan 2018) to create a live, bidirectional integration between CAD and ERP. The integration synchronized items, BoMs, revisions and inventory, enabled automatic parts scheduling and inventory deductions, and eliminated manual transcription—delivering dramatic cost reductions, about $100K in annual recurring savings and a payback in roughly 2.5 months.
