Noonday Collection is a fair‑trade, direct‑sales jewelry company founded to provide sustainable income to women artisans worldwide. As the business scaled from trunk shows to thousands of sales reps and artisans, QuickBooks couldn't support growing order, inventory and financial complexity—managing hundreds of SKUs, roughly 25,000 orders a month and an expanding wholesale distribution operation demanded a more powerful system.

In 2014 Noonday implemented NetSuite ERP to handle finance, inventory and order management, gaining better controls, integrations and visibility (for example, profitability by rep and product). The solution supported rapid growth—from about $4M to over $16M in revenue—improved forecasting and operational efficiency, and continues to be expanded with partners to enhance usability for ambassadors and artisans while extending impact to tens of thousands of families.
