Nobel Uses MetaViewer to Automate AP Data Entry into NetSuite

Nobel Learning Communities is a network of more than 180 private pre- and K–12 schools (plus an online K–12 program) that was rapidly expanding through acquisitions. As growth increased, the central accounts payable team faced a rising burden of manual invoice data entry, filing and retrieval in NetSuite and sought an automated, secure way to handle vendor invoices and credit memos.

Nobel implemented MetaViewer Paperless ERP for NetSuite, adding OCR, automated email capture, vendor profiling and seamless NetSuite integration so invoices are auto-captured, routed for review and saved as vendor bill transactions with linked images. The change saved about 20 hours per week, streamlined processes, reduced costs and paper storage, and preserved real‑time visibility in the general ledger while meeting record-retention requirements.
