A Oracle NetSuite Case Study
CartridgesDirect, a Melbourne-based retailer of printer and copier cartridges with under 20 employees and about $5M in annual revenue, needed a single, real-time view of customers to support both B2B and B2C sales. Its ecommerce, ERP and digital marketing systems were siloed across three databases (previously using a Microsoft ERP), causing pricing, inventory and reporting inaccuracies that hindered customer service and growth.
The company implemented NetSuite ERP, SuiteCommerce Advanced and NetSuite Inventory Management with NetSuite Professional Services and SuiteCloud integrations for payroll, shipping and warehouse partners. The new platform supports roughly 150 orders per day, gives customers online account access, delivers real-time inventory, pricing and reporting, cut more than $7,000 in middleware costs, and positions CartridgesDirect to expand into new markets and scale SKUs and drop-shipping.
