NetSuite's Open Platform Helps Klugo Build a Winning Field Service Management Solution

Klugo (originally part of Headland Machinery) is a software and marketing services provider focused on field service management. When the parent company adopted NetSuite in 2011, management found NetSuite lacked a fully integrated field service solution; using a third‑party product left them juggling multiple systems and missing the single-platform visibility their business needed.

They built NextService on NetSuite’s SuiteCloud platform using SuiteScript, SuiteCloud IDE and SuiteBundler—developing the internal system in about 12 months and turning it into a commercial product in roughly six more. NextService became an accredited NetSuite solution and Klugo an SDN partner and Solution Provider, delivering the only fully integrated field service app on SuiteCloud that gives customers a single, 360° view of operations and streamlined distribution, marketing and support.
