Zumba Fitness, a global lifestyle brand with more than 14 million participants in 185 countries, needed to streamline fulfillment for big-box retail partners and move quickly on omnichannel opportunities. Manual transaction processing was time-consuming and error-prone, limiting Zumba’s ability to expand into retail channels such as Bed Bath & Beyond and Costco.

Zumba implemented SPS Commerce’s cloud-based omnichannel solution, which integrates natively with NetSuite OneWorld, to automate order exchanges and fulfillment workflows. The integration now processes 500–800 transactions daily, accelerates order handling, improves accuracy, enables a 3PL connection, and avoids the cost of roughly four full-time employees while giving Zumba scalable agility to add new retail partners.
