Compomax, a Bangkok-based electrical wholesale distributor (THB 400M revenue, 100–249 employees, four subsidiaries), had outgrown its UFIDA on‑prem ERP. The legacy system couldn’t support customized workflows, provide mobile access for sales reps, or be provisioned quickly for subsidiaries, and reporting was slow (days for reports, weeks for financials), all of which impeded the company’s aggressive growth plans.

Partnering with TurnOnTech, Compomax implemented NetSuite OneWorld and NetSuite Advanced Inventory to automate financials, procurement, inventory and order management, demand planning and supply chain processes while enabling mobile access for the field sales team. NetSuite’s forecasting and automated reorder logic gave visibility and optimal stocking for ~30,000 SKUs (5,000 sold annually), and real‑time BI and sales analytics provided the insights managers needed to drive expansion and improve profitability.
