Brightpoint Health, a New York nonprofit founded 25 years ago as a nursing home for AIDS patients, now operates 22 locations across all five boroughs, employs 715 people, and manages $90 million in revenue. As the organization grew, its DOS‑based accounting system and Excel spreadsheets (used by about 40 users across four subsidiaries) couldn’t provide timely, consolidated financial reporting, limiting visibility and hindering its ability to support care for homeless and underserved patients.

After evaluating Microsoft Dynamics GP and FundEasy, Brightpoint implemented NetSuite OneWorld for its cloud-based reporting and mobile capabilities. The new system replaced the legacy DOS setup and Excel processes, consolidated financial data across subsidiaries, and delivered the detailed visibility and agility leadership needed to better allocate resources and advance the organization’s mission.
