Monobind implemented NetSuite ERP with integration help from partner Celigo, consolidating sales, order tracking, website marketing, customer service, purchasing, inventory and accounting and linking to proprietary source databases. The result: fulfillment times fell from about two weeks to five days (>50% reduction), production planning shrank from days to hours, stock-outs are anticipated instantly, warehouse and purchasing efficiency improved, lot-level traceability was automated, and the company continued growing without adding IT staff.
