XChem International, a $10M, 40-employee manufacturer and the largest adhesives maker in the Middle East (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE), struggled with manual, Excel-based payroll, invoicing and inventory processes that caused errors, duplicated data and poor visibility into profitability. The company also wanted a low-cost, cloud-based option rather than hiring a full-time IT staff.

Working with implementation partner Maxcon, XChem deployed NetSuite OneWorld in under two months, gaining bespoke dashboards, BI-driven KPIs and automated reminders, plus local VAT, payroll and manufacturing quality controls. The cloud ERP — roughly five times cheaper than on-premise — delivered cleaner data, stronger financial and inventory controls and a much clearer view of real profitability.
