XChem International, a $10M, 40-employee manufacturer and the largest adhesives maker in the Middle East (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE), struggled with manual, Excel-based payroll, invoicing and inventory processes that caused errors, duplicated data and poor visibility into profitability.
